Click "Start" to enter the main menu system and go to "Control Panel".

Select the item "System and Security" and go to "Create and format hard disk partitions" for your administrative section WIndows XP.

Enter the desired number of megabytes for the new volume in the "size of compressed space (MB)" dialog box "Compress drive:", and then click OK to complete the command.

Insert the Windows XP CD into the drive and restart the computer.

EasyBCD Open the application and select Add / Remove Entries from the menu left side of the application.

Specify the type of operating system Windows NT / 2k / XP / 2k3 in the Type field and the name of the bootable system in the field Name (for example, Microsoft Windows XP).

Click Add Entry and wait for the new operating system in the list of the OS for download.

Click Manage Bootloader in the left menu and raise the flag on the field Reinstall the Vista Bootloader for the normal functioning of both operating systems.

Press Write MBR and close the application EasyBCD to complete the operation.
